Jones Andrews – Halfway Home

Hip Hop artist, *Jones Andrews*, born in Burlington, N.J., and raised in Roanoke Rapids, N.C. is a rapper and songwriter that started rapping at the age of 11.

Jones Andrews makes music with substance that people can relate to. Even though he has been rapping since 11, within the past year this hip hop artist has opened for Lupe Fiasco, Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean and B.O.B. Over the years, he has been influenced by Michael Jackson and his showmanship, as well as rappers Jay-Z, Lupe Fiasco, Little Brother, Nas and Kanye West.

It’s a simple concept, really. Every Tuesday for the last 16 weeks up-and-coming N.C. rhymespitter, Jones Andrews has dropped 32 bars over 32 different beats as part of his “Thirty Two Tuesdays” series. As a recap this week Jones is dropping has mixtape, “Halfway Home” hosted by DJ A-Minor to thank his fans for checking out the first 16 weeks of the series.
