It has been a slow day music wise in the blog world of hip hop, and pretty much the same with videos. There are interviews with Saigon, Mike Posner, Kidz N The Hall, Royce Da 5’9, and more. A few dope music videos including The Kickdrums – Things Work Out.
The Kickdrums – Things Work Out
Blu & Exile Live in NYC
Visually collaborating with the homies Fitts and Tilla from The Kickdrums is always dope. For this video, “Things Work Out”, the concept was inspired by the butterly effect scene from “The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button”. By definition, a butterfly effect involves random scenarios and “what ifs” where one storyline diverges at the moment of a seemingly minor event resulting in two significantly different outcomes. Fortunately for our story, “Things Work Out”. – Rik Cordero
